After living here just over a year I can truly say it is just second to none. The staff is competent, polite, and friendly. The building manager is excellent in keeping residents informed of all the issues we need to know about. It is easy to reach him to ask questions directly, and things are handled quickly when there is an issue. The location is excellent close to almost anything including Lake Eola about two blocks away, grocery shopping, doctors offices, UPS store, great restaurants, bars and lots of nice fellow residen... read more

Everything fine but the front desk is incompetent and mean. If you wanna talk to customer service, you will be treated badly with a side dish of terrible attitude.
