Just came back from a 2 day stay at Sirromet. Accomadation and surrounds were excellent as were the breakfast and restaurant on site. Only down side is that as the pavillions are tents the walls are thin so can be noisy at times. Probably not suitable for those with young children/babies.
Great experience...a bit cold, but hey that's camping
Breathtaking views and quality accommodations that were unfortunately completely let down by the terrible customer service. Every interaction we had with the staff was lacklustre at best, and downright rude at worst. 2 examples of this: We booked a winetasting session for 5:30 (the last booking) and arrived a couple of minutes early. The staff member laughed at us and said he wasn't doing a tasting as he was waiting to clock off.
