STAY AWAY FROM THIS FILTHS-FILLED FIELD FOR YOUR WELLBEING. Booked a family room to enjoy quietness. Changed THREE pavilions in four hours with their own outrageous nonlivabilities. Mouldy kettle in pavilion 9. Most disgusting filthy unchanged bed sheet in pavilion 2. Pavilion 11 to change to which they are trying to save in 20 minutes. Picture says louder than any words. Reception Dylan witnessed with me and took pictures of pavilion 2 to investigate. They been deflecting. Still haven't heard an explanation back.
We stayed in pavilion 6 for the 5k FoamFest, and it was beautiful. We ate at the Tuscan Terrace on the Saturday night, and the cellar door cafe on the Sunday morning. Staff were attentive and responsive, everything was high quality, we loved it and have already rebooked to come again mid-year. We loved having the wildlife around.
Our stay was truly amazing. The air conditioned tents with bathrooms and balconies are amazing. The breakfast is fantastic, the employees were all so kind, personable, and welcoming. While there we did a wine tasting, then another day did the behind the scenes winery tour, tasting, and 3-course meal. It was an amazing experience, and SO worth the cost. Wonderful experience
Unfortunately the room is next to a storage yard; the forklift noise was not the peaceful experience as advertised. The room should not have been available to be booked and certainly not at the full rack rate that I paid.
