The residents are taken care of by under trained nurse's aids. There are patients who should be in better care, but aren't. The nurse aids eat before the residents and steal food from them. Patients are fed food they should not be. Please, if you truly care for your loved ones, do not send them here.
I thought I already said why. Lights not being answered promptly. Pain meds not given in a timely manner when asked. Lack of showers given. The one I really disliked is: the nurse will be in after she eats dinner!
