Living in Sanctuary was amazing! I have to admit the property is very well maintained and staff is super friendly and very helpful.
We’re moving in today and it’s been a mess. They didn’t send over our leasing agreement documents until 2 days before our move not giving us enough time to review it properly. When we get to the complex to move in, they told us they are in training and can’t give us access to the unit. We had to argue with them to get access. Terrible experience so far.
