As a beginner in snowboarding, I had no idea what to get and sizes to get an all that stuff, but Scott was very helpful and welcoming. He helped with my snowboard, binds and boots. He also put our binds on our boards and showed us how to adjust everything, you can't find that customer service anywhere nowadays. Charles is an absolute legend! I bought the newer generation mini disc plates, but they didn’t fit my first-gen Ultra mini disc cover. I was ready to purchase two more that would work, only to find out they’d been discontinued. Charles worked some DIY magic and custom-made a solution for me — and then wouldn’t even let me pay for it. Seriously above and beyond. Thanks so much, bro! 🙌

I’ve been to this snowboard shop twice now, and both experiences were top tier. They spent well over an hour and a half with me, adjusting bindings, checking boot fit, making recommendations, and fine tuning every detail so it all fit and felt right.
