I’ve been to Sanction many times before and usually had great experiences — most of the staff are friendly and helpful. In particular, Simon has helped us several times in the past and has always been amazing. Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing due to one staff member. We came in already knowing which bindings we wanted (we had researched online) and only needed to confirm the color in person. Absolutely loved my experience here! Orie went above and beyond—so helpful and patient while I was buying new boots and bindings. The whole team was friendly and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be back!
My snowboard binding was repaired here by a thin guy in basement. He's so good & friendly. Also there are huge selection of snowboard & skiing if you want to get a new ones.
