His approach is thorough, and he takes the time to listen and address concerns, which is greatly appreciated.However, the experience at his office is significantly hampered by the unorganized and inefficient office staff. Staff is always nice and Dr. Sanchez always listens and chats a bit with you.
The doctor is great. My experience with the staff hasn't been very good. It's almost impossible to call because their lines are always busy! I've had issues with refills/etc, the doc has had to call to verify, it seems to take days to get the message to the doctor. It's been frustrating. Im considering switching doctors. It's so hard to find a good doc that has a great staff. I feel like I'm intruding or bothering them with every question or request. I wouldn't recommend because of the staff.
I Dont like the fact that if you miss your appointment then you have to come in on a walk in basis
