I love this office. Always a good experience, always great visits for my 3 kiddos. Seen promptly by Dr Sanchez , Dr Sanches 2.0, and their lovely nurse.

I honestly love the doctor and I loved the PA who works here. But I can’t ever get them to return my documents. It’s been three months of me, asking for copies of my physical for my kids and now they need an appointment to see my son to get the physical… had they answered a couple weeks ago I wouldn’t feel so salty about the appointment, but the fact that the documents needed are imperative and now we need an appointment.

Awful absolutely awful. Let down by this office countless times. Office staff is not very friendly. Calling to make appointments for the Rising Sun office is nearly impossible. Call operator was aware that the Rising Sun branch was closed only to transfer my call to the Rising Sun branch anyway where I was on hold for over an hour. Medical staff needs to be reevaluated.

So slow! Worse service ever. If you don’t want to wait 2 hours to be seen I suggest you do not go here. So unprofessional
