So slow! Worse service ever. If you don’t want to wait 2 hours to be seen I suggest you do not go here. So unprofessional
The absolute worst service I've ever experienced. Called at 9:08am because I wanted to grab a copy of my daughter's medical records for school enrollment. Get transferred to Perryville location. Woman says to call back between 9 and 5, during office hours. I say "It's 9:08" to which she replies "Well, I advised you to call back between 9 and 5". Don’t go here!!!!! I’ve been taking my son in for the same issue for 4 months now and they keep dismissing me. The nurse (I believe her name was Kendra) today wouldn’t refer us to a GI because in her words “would look like a dumb nurse for referring us”. She cared more about looking dumb than my son’s health. If you care about your children and their health and want to be taken seriously, this is your warning not to be seen by this nurse.
