Sid was able to come out the same day that my water heater died to replace it. Very fast and professional!
Sid was friendly, on-time, and efficient in the estimation and installation of a new water heater in my crawl space. He was in and out and made the process so easy. It was incredibly seamless to work with him and I'd absolutely use Sanchez Mechanical again!
Terrible experience with Sid. I had a simply repair to install a roof vent for my furnace. Previous to his quote for a 100, I mentioned that I had a steep roof, that's why I was contacting a professional to get the job done. We had negotiated, that if I bought the vent and paint that he'd replace it for 100. I didn't know the exact size of the vent, but decided to purchased one from an HVAC company. Sid and his team came out for a furnace blower issue (major rattling and eventual loss of power to the thermostat). I had called multiple times over the course of two days and he appeared to have forgotten we had spoken the day before. Upon seeing the furnace, he proceeds to totally ignore my description of the problem and the troubleshooting I had done already, tries to tell me my thermostat is broken (it wasn't), and then smugly says "I know you don't believe me" (I didn't, because he was wrong). Our heater went out over the holiday weekend and we were worried we wouldn't be able to get ahold of anyone. We reached out to Sanchez Mechanical INC and they responded right away. Sid was able to help me troubleshoot a few things over the phone and we had an appointment scheduled right away. Sid was very professional and solved the issue right away(bad capacitor).
