He's very rude and just wants to replace everything. I have a newer furnace, I'm not rich so it's not top of the line but it works. I thought my blower motor was out, he came by while I was at work and spoke to my daughter. He was very short with her asking her who installed the furnace and that he would never have put that in any home, blah blah blah. Had one of my AC units go down in the middle of a heat wave. Called Teddy late on Wednesday and he was able to get to me on Thursday. The AC unit has a non standard blower motor. Teddy came and checked it out and verified that was the problem. Asked me if Friday would be okay or if emergency callout would be needed. I declined the special callout. He was able to locate the part and installed it Friday. Teddy was open, honest and straightforward with the troubleshooting and repair.
We had a failed capacitor on our AC unit and Sid got us up and running in no time. I can't tell you how appreciative we are. Don't go anywhere else. Incredibly honest and trustworthy!
