I am totally agree with the bad reviews Dr Julio Sanchez and Dr Montoya are not a good dentist both are untrustworthy people. They care only about money they lies about implants they don’t know how to do implants Both they didn’t finish my implant I spent so much money cash insurance don’t cover implants. They never call me for follow up and the two ladies in the front are rude and unprofessional. This place is a disaster. Don’t go there.
He messed up my permanent teeth,my bottom teeth don't fit because of gum exposed showing almost the whole post teeth sit on and also missing locators. They no longer take my insurance so I went in to ask what would they charge for 2 locators and the said they would have to call me after they spoke with office manager. And they never called me back. Seeking second opinion now.
Well today was the last straw for me. The negative reviews are all true. Sanchez tells me one thing and billing has a different version.
Publicly, for the benefit of transparency and my individual review; DO NOT trust Dr Julio Sanchez nor this office. When questioning his office staff about issues with billing, Dr Sanchez became unprofessional and discourteous in providing a response to my questioning his office's improper billing practice. I did not read the reviews before I went here and now it is very clear why this office has a 59% one star reviews.I had a very bad experience here.Rude office staff and very under staffed.I had a toothache and they would not see me for three weeks.
not sure who those "anonymous" people are leaving bad reviews - I have been going to Dr. Sanchez for years and think he's great. He always explains everything clearly and you know the expected cost before the procedure is done. The Hygienists do a great job, I'm always taken in at my scheduled time and the office staff is efficient and personable. The dog that was mentioned , I believe, was supposed to be a service, calming dog. They have them in hospitals, why not the dentist's office...
I was a new patient and was given an appointment fairly quickly. I was told one price and charged another upon my arrival. I was having sensitivity issues. I was at Dental Team Of Ocala at Jasmine Park, because my previous Dentist no longer took my dental insurance. I was a new patient and noticed a puppy dog named Bailey with a metal dog crate in the reception area. I thought it was odd but figured it was a one-time incident. When I went in for a follow-up appointment in December there was now a baby/dog gate and a dog bed. This office has an open floor plan. I was concerned that having a long hair dog would be sanitary. My mom went to this dentist for a long time. Office manager came in and screamed at my mom about being vaccinated and how it doesn’t help and how they all went to Mexico and were fine when one of the assistants readily admitted she wasn’t vaccinated and my mom asked for the dentist to finish her crown. Needless to say he also said she had a cavity which my mom found out from the next dentist wasn’t even true. All these reviews are true. I’d stay away!
