Sanbyrn Hall Condominiums is a well-maintained property for its age of 35 years. Beautiful landscaping, large pool with Cabana next to it with ceiling fans for the summer heat. There is also a weight room and a sauna next to the pool! The Business Manager is very professional and seems to follow up really well on everything we have noticed being an issue. Repairs are done in a timely manner and the HOA Board seem to be proactively involved amoung them in helping manage the property. They dont get paid, wouldnt want their job... read more
