They’ll test drive your car for an inspection and take it out for 10 minutes even though that’s illegal. Garbage service. One star if anything
Ralph Sanborn and his team are my heroes tonight! I literally rolled in after work with my right rear tire making a high-pitched noise, apparently it was locked up and overheated and was told I could've had a fire! Not only did he take my car in right off the street and check my car on the spot but he had all the parts replaced both brake pads, rotors, a rear right caliper, and did it all because he knew I needed my car for work tomorrow and he had a 6 o'clock huge job and couldn't do mine tomorrow so he stayed late! Battery light lit up on 93. Got off at exit 20 & pulled in, knowing only not to turn my car off. Asked someone what was wrong. They immediately diagnosed a dead alternator & replaced it. Then asked me if I wanted everything checked. I said yes & they immediately did everything I was hoping to ask dealer to do when I got home.
