Kathy Cisneros was amazing ! She went over and beyond her duties , not only to help with coverage for an RV, she continued to call Mercury on my behalf even before she left for the day! (and this was on a Friday :) when most would want to start their weekend. Kathy gave a new meaning to customer service, I thought those words were long gone.! Thank you Kathy !!
