I felt genuine compassion, patience, and understanding from the very beginning, which allowed me to open up about traumas I had never been able to share so freely before. As a fellow mental health provider, we are so grateful to have Sanare Today in our community. The therapists are very well trained in individual and group therapy. Personally, I really appreciate how much help clients feel comfortable quickly, even if they're not thrilled they're in a group. Grateful we know we can refer to them with confidence.

I like to be fair and honest when leaving reviews. I was hesitant about leaving a review and uncomfortable about opening up about my mental health issues. Let me please advise speak up. It’s okay to tell someone you’re not okay and to seek the proper support you need before hitting crisis mode and things get out of control.
