I like to be fair and honest when leaving reviews. I was hesitant about leaving a review and uncomfortable about opening up about my mental health issues. Let me please advise speak up. It’s okay to tell someone you’re not okay and to seek the proper support you need before hitting crisis mode and things get out of control. I completed my 8 weeks of DBT IOP program about 2 weeks ago. Sanare Today is amazing! From Julia who was my client care coordinator to Beth who was my DBT group facilitator and therapist, they are the real deal. From the moment I asked for more information regarding their programs to my discharge, everyone was inviting, professional and caring of all. Thanks Julia and Beth!
