Charlie was outstanding, and I learned quite a bit from him. I bring his teachings to mind when I am going through a difficult time. His sense of calm was infectious. The group format was beneficial because it provided a social setting for idea sharing, and also created accountability for me. Hearing the challenges faced by others helped put my issues in perspective.
I went to Sanare for my IOP therapy. I was struggling with mental health issues and I am so happy with the outcomes I have had. I have had a lot of improvement since I went here. I am so thankful for my therapist for helping me gain some feelings of my normal self back.
My therapist helped me with my depression when I had sessions here. The therapy programs we did were very effective. I love to recommend this clinic.
