Where to begin…I love Sanara! The studio is a healing space and has classes for everybody. I’ve been lucky to practice yoga in major US cities & internationally, on and off, for over a decade. What I love about this studio is that it’s an incredibly welcoming community, the classes are thoughtfully designed, and the bar for the instructors is very high. The owner is exceptionally kind and engaged. All around, the vibes are right. :) If you’re on the fence, I encourage you to give it a go!

Nice relaxing studio very well done and clean. All the staff seems to be very nice and want to help out. Lots of different types of yoga to do. You I do have to pay attention to which ones cuz some can be too intense for level zero person like myself. But I will continue to go back and fine tune my art and keep working as fast as I can

This place is truly special. I’m going to go out on a limb and say that it’s the best yoga studio in the entire DFW area. I did Claire’s Heated Sequences class. First off, Claire is an amazing “old soul” with tremendous energy and vitality. She is the type of instructor who enriches your life! Second, her class structure was awesome. Challenging, uplifting, encouraging… and man, did I sweat!! The energy from the other patrons, and the other instructors, and the owner … simply put this place is a gem!!!
