Im pretty certain the therapist here thought i was bonkers unloading on her in the first session (i was going for anger management/relationship issues)... but, we didn't really have time to get anywhere which was Horribly frustrating and honestly felt like a waste of time due to the ridiculous billing specialist!! The worst counseling center. They were charging me incorrectly which was confirmed by my insurance. When I tried to contact them for this no one answered the phones. Even my insurance reached out and no one could be reached. I sent emails as well, no response until I had to blow up their phones and emails along with my insurance reaching out.
