This was the worst Thai meal I ever had. First, they served a carafe of WARM WATER, apparently straight out of the faucet. Not cooled, no ice. Next, the meal was dry, no sauce as shown in the menu. They charged an additional $2.50 for sauce, which only showed up on the check. The food was mediocre and I definitely won’t go back. Greedy, incompetent people.
Good food in great prices
We got takeout and had the pad see iew, fried rice, green curry, red pumpkin curry, and khao man gai. Everything was super tasty and fresh!
There are so many Thai restaurants in Portland, but Sanae Thai stands out! The food is delicious and the service is quick and friendly. We got the Thai Tea flight and the Rainbow flight which were super tasty and fun to taste and compare the various teas and coffees. I got the Crispy Chicken Krapow which is now my favorite Thai dish. They weren't doing brunch at the time, but they let my wife order the Thai Cheesy Potato which was super tasty! All in all a very enjoyable and tasty experience!
