Loved having the snacks over there on our way back to Bay area from Sacramento. On a Saturday evening after watching a movie we stopped here to grab a cold coffee. The deserts and other savory snacks looked very yummy from the counter. So ordered for a coffee cake and the potato fatayer and a mocha coffee iced. Very disappointing experience at Sana Cafe I’ve visited multiple times, and the quality has consistently been poor The pastries are not good, the coffee is often served cold, and the prices are far too high for what you receive The cafe can also have an unpleasant smell, and the surrounding area often has many homeless people, which detracts from the overall experience Given the prices, I expected much better quality and service Honestly, I’d rather get coffee from McDonald’s than spend my money here\. Barista team really need some training with service and quality. I wait for a to go coffee for 10 mins. The guy making coffee barely show interest why I am waiting for so long. So, I have to wait until the order line clear to check where my coffee is? Turn out it been sitting behind the shelves the whole time. No number given, no name was taken or call out. Terrible experience. Also, I paid $10 for a cup of half cold water down spiced coffee.
