This studio is the best in the city! The community, classes, teachers, and all around vibe is unmatched. Definitely try it out!!
Sana yoga staff is incredibly welcoming and encouraging. You are treated like family there. They provide the perfect balance of challenging during the workout but also understanding you need to listen to your body first and foremost.
Sana Yoga is the best yoga studio. After hot yoga made us sweat and hot, they served us cold towels. Especially Kristin has been so cool to compress the head with a cold towel. The experience is so wonderful to look forward to and wait for the moment. Thank you everyone over there. I am very impressed and touched my heart.
Love Sana Yoga! Great studio for all yoga levels. Very welcoming atmosphere and clean studio space. Every teacher I have experienced is extremely knowledgable.
