After waiting nearly a month for my appointment, I received a voicemail just a few hours before saying it was canceled—without any explanation. The office had previously communicated via text, but suddenly switched to voicemail without notice, so I didn’t even see the cancellation in time. Front staff is always rude. Very unwelcoming and Dr Syed isn't any better. My pharmacy put in a refill for my meds after waiting almost a week I called and got a rude response. After telling them what I needed Dr Syed said I had to wait for my appointment to get my meds refilled. FYI I had been on the meds a yr already. There was no need to wait for my apt. I explained I was out by now due to waiting a week for the refill request. I also told them I need the Neurology med in order to even function. Dr Syed lacks professional... read more

Worst front desk staff, so rude even on call. Never ready to facilitate with getting earlier appointments or even talk properly. The doctor is always out of office when called for any appointment details.
