I'm glad to be an early patient at Dr. Pardo's new Direct Primary Care practice, Sana Sana Clinic. Dr. Pardo is an incredibly knowledgeable and thoughtful physician who takes a proactive approach to medicine. He listens, provides personalized care, and ensures his patients feel valued. Highly recommend!
Do not recommend Dr. Pardo's practice. A week prior to my appointment, they called me to cancel and the next available appointment is many months later. It is absurd. They push you to be seen by a Nurse Practitioner instead. They did exactly the same a year ago. In my personal experience is an unimpressive manner to treat a patient.
Terrible time management. When you arrive at UM, after a long day at work, fighting traffic to try and arrive on time, you are greeted by staff that advise you that Dr. Pardo is "about 90 minutes behind" in a very matter-of-fact tone. 1 hour and 45 minutes after our scheduled appointment( which was booked months in advance) he was still chatting away with a patient next door.
