I've been really frustrated with our medical system the last few years. It's been a parade of mediocre doctors, surly and incompetent office staff, and constant frustration with the medical establishment's refusal to effectively use text messages and emails. He takes the time to listen, explains things clearly, and makes sure you feel comfortable and informed. I'm glad to be an early patient at Dr. Pardo's new Direct Primary Care practice, Sana Sana Clinic. Dr. Pardo is an incredibly knowledgeable and thoughtful physician who takes a proactive approach to medicine. He listens, provides personalized care, and ensures his patients feel valued.
