This place intentionally ignores my calls and messages in the portal! They have never once answered a phone call of mine. And today, they randomly cancelled my next appointment and said it was per my request (it wasn’t). They also terminated me as a patient for no reason. They did this at a really bad time in my life, but it was most definitely intentional! I’ve been a patient for a few years so it really sucks to realize the doctor never really cared at all about me. I feel very fortunate that Dr. Saini is my psychiatrist. Dr. Saini activily listens and provides feedback. She is extremely knowledgeable and I like how she educates me on medications. My concerns are addressed quickly between visits using patient portal. I highly recommend Dr. Saini.

Dr. Saini has been great to work with. She’s the only psychiatrist to actually care about what is going on in my life and causing me to feel the way that I am. I feel heard, and like she’s actually a partner in my mental health. Highly recommend!

RUN!!! This "psychiatrist" isn't invested in helping anyone! You know what she does? She sends out appointment confirmation texts RANDOMLY and gives you only 15mins to confirm before your appointment is canceled. She sent mine when I was in therapy with my therapist, so of course I didn't see it. Ironic that after therapy I find out that my psychiatrist canceled on me. There's also so many hidden fees she can slap you with. She is more invested in making money off of her random FEES than she is actually having appointments a... read more
