I attended my October appointment as scheduled. My 3-month follow-up was booked by her office a few weeks later than recommended—not by me. My original Jan 22 appointment was cancelled by them on Jan 21 because payment needed to be processed 48 hours in advance. We asked for the card to be rerun, but that wasn’t done until the next day. I’m incredibly grateful to have found Dr. Saini. She’s accessible, attentive, and consistently goes above and beyond. She truly treats mental health care as a partnership. The lower reviews appear to be related to system-level issues rather than Dr. Saini herself. I recommend her wholeheartedly to friends and family..

This place intentionally ignores my calls and messages in the portal! They have never once answered a phone call of mine. And today, they randomly cancelled my next appointment and said it was per my request (it wasn’t). They also terminated me as a patient for no reason. They did this at a really bad time in my life, but it was most definitely intentional! I’ve been a patient for a few years so it really sucks to realize the doctor never really cared at all about me. I feel very fortunate that Dr. Saini is my psychiatrist. Dr. Saini activily listens and provides feedback. She is extremely knowledgeable and I like how she educates me on medications. My concerns are addressed quickly between visits using patient portal. I highly recommend Dr. Saini.
