Has been OK no issues so far at this office been there several years even though pcp changes every so often
I’d been going to this practice for about two years and my PCP quit. I was handed over to Dr. Pathan. She is terrible. She doesn’t listen or maybe it’s that she doesn’t even hear people talking. I’ve been taking the same meds for 6 years and she argued with me about why I needed them without apparently ever looking at my file to understand WHY I needed them. Saw me on short notice, very attentive in going over my case.
Poor communication … no one answers the phones .. I’ve tried to fill prescriptions and RN called me back and said they could not fill other doctors scripts . If they looked, dr Pathan ordered the medication and she’s one of their providers.. very difficult getting an appointment because no one answers the phone .. the one time someone answered I had to follow up 3 times to get the appointment and I had to drive and walk into the office to get that appointment because no one called me back .
