Dont send your love ones here. The facility is disgusting and whats even more disgusting is the admin Kristi. Terrible management, u cant even talk to her without her being defensive. Worst attitude. She needs to be replaced.
Can't say enough good things about Sana. Food was delicious and everyone was very helpful and nice. In times of need it is nice to know there is a facility like Sana around. I would recommend this place to anyone! - Rina A.
I sent your facility on Sunday and it is now Thursday night. At that time I stated that I needed help so soon. I have yet to hear from ANYONE there! Apparently someone’s mental health is not all that important to you people. That is why I only gave you ONE STAR.
This is for8om TERESA CROSS. Thisplace is AWFUL!! I'm a disabled older woman. They have my male roommate a ride, but not me. They helped him but expected me to handle all on my own but they immediately helped him, even tho I face brutality at home. They're the worst!!
