The actual casitas are nice. But don’t pick the Fort Lowell community. They can’t figure out the parking situation at the Fort Lowell community (so this may not be a problem for other communities). They have spots for cars to park outside the casitas (some even have the curb indented specifically for parking) for guests, but then it’s too narrow for garbage truck to come through. They never cleaned up the roaches, I had to threaten them with city codes to get the infestation addressed, they moved in a Section 8 resident who openly harvested the homeless in her yard for a month, one of her friends' car started on fire in the parking lot, my car was broken into the following night, and just last night my car was broken into again. I lived here for a year and absolutely loved it! Denise was my landlord and was amazing to work with. She was quick to respond on maintained request and was always very helpful! I cannot say enough good things about Denise and experience I had while living here. The rents are fair, the casitas are clean and offer a modern living space, and the deposit does not break your bank! I would highly recommend anyone looking to rent in Tucson to live here. Ask for Denise too she’s the best!
I was thinking about moving to one of these properties, but wow, these reviews are bad. Hard pass
Staff is horrible. I moved in not even a month ago and I’ve had to call maintenance to my unit TWICE. The girls working the front literally are useless
