I've lived here x2 while it was Hazen Enterprise, of course, since 2013 until present, it has changed management many times. The people here now r awful. Poor communication skills from office, and the rent went sky high. I started at $800 and got out before $1500, which they wanted. To live on Blacklidge and Edith and pay up to $1600 or more is ridiculous. When I moved out, I left my ceiling fans per management and maintenance stole them, and they tried to charge me for a broken lamps? What...Don't think too hard one this on... read more
Edit: be prepared to have to take them to small claims court in order to get your security deposit back. I just moved in and am happy here, great location. My move-in was bumpy at first with several things not working, but maintenance was on top of it and got everything fixed to my satisfaction. Heather was helpful in getting everything right.
I would give negative stars if possible. Please DO NOT waste your time with this company. You will find yourself running in loop holes trying to get answers from them. They do NOT communicate with you and are completely unprofessional & rude. All the negative reviews on this place are legit, take your time & money somewhere else!! This place does not deserve it.
Please bring back Angela from the last company .. she was really amazing. And if we needed something always there And ., also she was driving around always during days and nights .. after them and only see Mr Armando from maintenance whose really nice and kind
