I personally had a mixed experience at this place as I had one very good ultrasound (my first one) and the other was very rushed/rude and I found the receptionist women to be really impolite and crude on both occasions
The woman here are so incredibly nice! They have a sense of humour and make you feel comfortable and informed on what’s happening through the process. Highly recommend after having many scans and ultrasounds all over Sydney :)
I’d recommend avoiding Kate at this and other SAN Ultrasound locations. She revealed the gender of my baby during my scan (I suspect this was on purpose) when I had advised I didn’t want to know the gender.
ALWAYS seem to be on time! So friendly, professional, efficient, lovely and out of 6 appointments, I have only been in their waiting room for long enough to sit down once... for about two minutes. HIGHLY recommend.
Best receptionist ( Maria) ever seen in any of the medical practices in Australia- so helpful, polite and accommodating and extremely professional and kind sonographer.
