I lived in this apartment for about 7 years. During that time, one of the biggest issues was with the management and maintenance team, especially the manager assistant, Pamela, and her staff. They never answered phone calls or emails, no matter how many times I tried to reach them. It was extremely frustrating to deal with. Another problem was that after maintenance would come to fix something, our bill would suddenly go up with no clear explanation or notice. As I have always said in my previous reviews, I have nothing bad to write about this place in the 10+ years. good location, near to almost everything you would need on daily basis. great pleasant staff and really prompt maintenance service.

Really didn't want to leave this review, but it has been 2 months since I've moved, and I have yet to receive my security deposit. Pamela, the assistant manager, has given me the run around each time I've inquired about it. They did a walk through the day I moved out, and told me the apartment was left in good enough condition that they could rent it out next week if they wanted to, but instead they were going to renovate it.
