I had to take my mom's car to a recall. Once there I was told that it would take approx. Three hours and that the had no shuttle, I was worried about my Mom at home alone so naturally I complained. Alot. Todd went and got his Boss, both Todd and his Boss were very Professional and Courteous...The boss offered me a loaner car. The Service center rep I called was moderately kind and didn’t cut me off or be rude …so that’s good, but he had no insight to what could be wrong and didn’t look up the problem I explained we were having to see if it was common. The real annoyance though is that for any appointment to diagnose, they require keeping the car for 48 hours! You can’t just schedule an appointment and wait in the lobby for them to diagnose it….and they don’t guarantee a loaner to be available.
