We have multiple Hyundai's. While I like the cars, the service department is one of the worst I've worked with. Many of the male service advisors are condescending towards women. I started using a female advisor, but they just switch me without telling me. And now they've gotten rid of their shuttle. When I asked my options to get there, they said Uber. I had gotten a 2012 Hyundai Sonata at an auction, after weeks of waiting for answers. My local mechanic informed me to see about a recall for the engine, we first called to verify and Chris the service manager told us there could be an extended warranty on it.
