Outstanding service! I’m very impressed with San Tan Counseling. Everyone I’ve met there is very friendly, professional, and kind. I would definitely recommend their services to others! (PLEASE NOTE: Their office has moved to Mesa.)
I was supposed to go in and with other family, with just a one minute phone call to get some background information the counselor was difficult and rude as well as unwilling to listen. I would never go to this place.
They counselors do not seem involved in care just about the money, most come in based on some type or requested or requirements, that then requires paperwork. I am on disability and that has been delayed and payments delayed and leaving me unable to provide for my kids because they wait last minute or after required due date. Or want an additional $85 to complete the paperwork, wait the $115/hour your get from my insurance and the $28from myself isn't enough for you to sign a for and fax chart notes.. What a joke!
