Aubrey was great, I know she changed practices and we're following her. So this review has nothing to do with her, just the actual practice and their billing. We've been dealing with a $25 co pay issue for months. They said it was resolved in July and I'm receiving another statement in the mail in September. I sent them a bank statement showing proof of payment for 1 of 2 co pays they were saying was due and that the other appointment was rescheduled and we have proof of payment for the rescheduled date. I have been to many therapists and nobody has ever been as helpful or as logical as Aubrey. Every time I leave my session with her it’s like a huge weight has been lifted off my chest. She is absolutely amazing! She makes me feel so much better and she helps you work on absolutely everything. I am super comfortable with her and I highly recommend santan counseling 🥰🥰
I took my daughters here to see Jennifer Foote. After three sessions of only creating rapport (did not help them in the least), Jennifer Foote quit San Tan Counseling. San Tan Counseling then told me they did not have any other counselors that could see my 10yr old daughters. Thanks for wasting my time!
