I love Dr. Philo Rodgers. I heard he is no longer there. I'm going to find another doctor and place. I only came to this office because of Dr. Rodgers.
Was in the office about 1.5 weeks ago. Was put in a room on time, didn't see the NP until almost 40 minutes after my apt time. She made up for it in the fact that she took my issues seriously and seemed interested in helping me. Decided on a plethora of tests, gave me some papers and sent me to the front. Girls were on their cell phones, not a ton of interest in scheduling me (it was made known earlier it had been a rough day). Said they would get authorizations from my insurance and call me tomorrow. I love Dr. Rogers and the entire front office staff! Excellent customer service!
Where do I begin...Dr Rodgers Philo is awesome. It all started when the receptionist advised me I owe a balance and was rude about it and would not let me tell her how I don't owe it n why. She charged me for a pap n we know there is no fee I never got that back so I was owed 20.00, so i talked too billing they agreed. Every since then it has been a fight.
