I have gone here for years. YEARS> I have 7 cats. I am now looking for a new vet after what I can only describe as abusive treatment by both the front desk staff and the owners wife, Kristie, who works as the office manager. I waited in excess of an hour and then was denied the right to be with my older cat during a simple blood draw. I hear my cat screaming for 15 minutes which makes me think they repeatedly stuck her. Staff is nice and helpful, but since the time I got in the room they were trying to up sell me everything from re due the shots she already had from the rescue cause apparently rescues don't know what there doing, an you should re due that shot because it was not given by a vet, but the rabies is OK because it was done by vet. A $50 vet check up was turned into a $400 appointment. I felt like I was buying a car with options and not tried to up sell me once but several times.
