Horrible complex. Unit wasn’t cleaned upon moving in. The Previous tenant’s curly black hairs were all over every surface. Old Food was stuck to the inside of the dishwasher and fridge. Carpets weren’t nailed down. They do yard work and landscaping on Saturday mornings. If you want to be woken to the sound of chainsaws and leaf blowers outside your window at 7am on a Saturday, this is your spot.
I had a great experience with the maintenance team at San Sonoma Apartments! The two service workers Justine and Jeremiah who helped me were very professional, friendly, and efficient. They took care of both the miscellaneous repairs and plumbing service very quickly, and everything was handled with great attention to detail. I really appreciate how fast they responded and got the work done. Excellent service from start to finish! Thank you for the great work! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Showed up same day and knocked two tasks out in 5 minutes!
Dope
Patrick and Ismael were so efficient and great to work with.
