So far I'm not impressed. Received a letter from San Saba which indicated that they were interested in a lease I own. The person I talked to was to get back with me in a couple of days. It's been 5 days and I haven't heard anything.
Our family just used San Saba Royalty Company and can’t be happier. We diversified our income stream and have been able to increase the size of our portfolio with their assistance.
