I currently have a family member that goes to this facility. Time and time again we have major miscommunication issues. No one seems to know who is in charge of the patients or the care they require. Why is it I have to continuously call the center after my family member is in the hospital and no one has reached out to us to notify us when this occurs. I don’t feel very confident in the care she is receiving. Hopefully I get a response before it’s too late.
