I’ve lived here for a few years in a small one bedroom one bath that is not updated, meaning the old brown cabinets, older appliances at 640 square feet. I was told my new base rent amount plus water, trash and sewer will be now at $1245. Really disgusted, and disappointed to a listing to see the same size one bedroom that’s UPDATED for $1145, listed on Craigslist.
