I’ve lived here for a few years in a small one bedroom one bath that is not updated, meaning the old brown cabinets, older appliances at 640 square feet. I was told my new base rent amount plus water, trash and sewer will be now at $1245. Really disgusted, and disappointed to a listing to see the same size one bedroom that’s UPDATED for $1145, listed on Craigslist. The management is onsite and is responsive. The grounds are beautiful. The buildings are from another era and are not typical big city cookie cutter.
This community is very beautiful and the landscaping is amazing. The Manager is very professional and really knows how to take care of her residents. The maintenance man works very hard in keeping the property clean. Stop by and tour the property and you will see for yourself what a gem this community is
