Dr. Webber mutilated every cat he declawed to where they needed their paws amputated. He should've lost his veterinarians license, yet instead he and his incompetency are still working at this clinic??? Don't believe me? Google City the Kitty and Teeger to get to see some of his "work". San Ramon Vet Clinic, you should probably get rid of him. What he did is going to follow him for the rest of his practicing years. His declaws resulted in full paw amputations!!! That is a VERY BIG DEAL, & it can't just be swept under the rug... read more
