Went to San Ramon regional ER with severe cough. Friday at 9am. From the wonderful woman (window nearest er). Until the end I couldn’t praise the entire staff of about 6 or 7 who took all the labs quickly and processed in no time. I am so sorry I don’t have all their names. They do deserve to hear they are great and an asset to our hospital. Daniel who was with me the most . Ramel, Kathleen and Dr. Toscano in the ED were so good today. I have worked in multiple Emergency rooms in my current and past professions and I can say without a doubt this team is a great one. Bedside manner and professionalism were given from check-in through triage and to the bedside once admitted. Thank you very much San Ramon Regional ED team. Eric P.
We had a great experience with Dr. Bhatti when I took in my daughter to the ER. The Dr and all the staff was very helpful, thorough and efficient. Thankful for a great team!
