Best emergency in the area! Last week and the day following, I fell down on my dance carpet and I sprained my ankle, he has dementia and we just recovered from a tumor being removed thank God two years I’ve not been here. Stanford did that. But regional Medical Center found it Last night between 2 and 4 AM the nurses were so beautiful inside and out and Dr. KOPP Coup what a doctor…. even Mr. Renée is fantastic. I went into the ER on 7/28 to be seen for fever that started suddenly. Upon check-in, I was quickly placed into a room, seen by Dr. Cardena. I was given an IV that was placed by Chris RN. I was routinely checked during my stay. I was very pleased with my care.
This place has saved my but so many times! They is always a short wait and the doctors are competent and the nurses and the intake staff and they're always really nice. I have opted to drive 20 minutes out of my way to go to this ER rather than the one I'm Pleasanton because the Stanford ER is horrible the staff is horrible the doctors it's horrible it's horribly ran I have literally waited there for 3 hours to be seen and said screw this and came to this San Ramon ER and was seen in 20 minutes. This is such a great ER!
Went to San Ramon regional ER with severe cough. Friday at 9am. From the wonderful woman (window nearest er). Until the end I couldn’t praise the entire staff of about 6 or 7 who took all the labs quickly and processed in no time. I am so sorry I don’t have all their names. They do deserve to hear they are great and an asset to our hospital. Daniel who was with me the most .
