When I went to San Ramon Regional ER I was not treated well over there. I was in so much pain couldn’t get out of my car and my husband kept going inside saying we need assistance to get my wife out and no one ever came. I had 2 ladies from the waiting room come and help my husband get me out of the car, as they were a RUDE NURSE COMES OUT BEING EXTREMELY NASTY TO ALL OF US AND WAS SO RUOUGH WITH ME IN THE WHEELCHAIR. I was in the emergency room at San Ramon regional medical hospital last Friday with chest pains. Had lots of tests done. Very friendly staffs. My nurse, Jenna was excellent. Good news, I didn’t have heart attack but have Cholelithiasis. Have to check with my doctor when I return home to my town, since I’m not from this area.
Excellent emergency and inpatient care. My mother had a minor stroke, and the doctors and nurses took great care of her. They made sure she was stable before discharge. She is recovering very well now. We truly appreciate the timely and professional treatment from the emergency team.
