I had the best experience here last night. Dr.bhatti was incredibly attentive to all of my needs. He took the time to sit down next to me and really made me feel heard. He made sure I didnt feel rushed and i got to explain my long medical history without walking out. I felt like a real person. Made me feel like my emergency mattered. Just so caring. AJ was probably the best nurse I’ve ever had. So incredibly knowledgeable and caring as well. 5 stars all around. Highly recommend this hospital!

I would like to Thank Kim and Jennan for the care for my husband on Saturday Night. He was brought into San Ramon Regional Medical Center by ambulance . When I arrived to the ER and walked into my husbands room, I was greeted my Jennan. She explained what was happening and the treatment he was getting..I immediately felt that he was getting the best care at this center. My friend Marge needed to go to the emergency room for care and saw Dr. Thiara and Nurse Daniel. They provided excellent care. Both were efficient and kind. All of the staff were wonderful.
