I am giving 2 stars not to the imaging specialists, but to the admission process. One has to go through general admission first to be admitted for the imaging procedure. The diagnostic imaging group does have receptionists, why are they not admitting patients? So that the hospital can charge these absurd amounts of money? Going through general admission increases the wait time. In my case, it took half an hour to get my paperwork approved. Leeanna was great. Very patient and was very concerned about me being comfortable before starting the closed MRI. Talk to you at each step other way saying are you okay you have 20 minutes or the next one you have five minutes and so on. And by the way they had to take me out of the machine twice before we started and was very helpful in every way polite and did not start or force you to start until you were ready. I have to give them at 10 for the marks because I have been in two closed MRI and 2 open MRIS and this is the b... read more
