Just moved in here. CJ was super helpful with everything
The ladies are nice indeed, but I didn’t like the process. I applied for the townhome, paid my admin fees and it took a whole week to get a response, and when I did they were requesting additional pay stubs and tax documentation, to which I provided proving that in fact I make well over the requirement of 3.5 times the rent. Another week went by and I was rejected. Unclear as to why, I just chucked it up to credit. They didn’t give me any options like a “typical” complex.
