RecommendedThere’s good and bad. When they try to keep the pool nice with untrained and inexperienced maintenance people they fail miserably. Communication still needs a lot of improvement. Some in management forget they are in a service industry and not above the residents. Most people love the place and take pride in their residence and it’s amenities, including me! That said, the location is great, and when management takes care of things it’s fabulous. Hopefully they will learn to focus on what’s best for all residents!

My family loves it here! Everything is worth the value of this place! It has everything you could want in a luxury complex. It’s quiet as well but it still has a young and fresh vibe to it. Jeremiah and Courtney are the sweetest people and we couldn’t ask for a better environment for our daughter and ourselves to live in.
Definitely recommend San portella. Me and my roomates just moved in about a month ago and we are in love with everything San Portella has to offer. We love our apartment with all new appliances, heated pool and jacuzzi. San portella is a very well maintained, clean and friendly community and the front office staff are great people! Glad I joined this community👍
San Portella is a Beautiful place to live. Residents are very friendly and kind. The renovations being done under the new management Avenue 5 is turning out amazing. I would recommend San Portella to everyone. So if you are considering becoming a part of the Portella community please comment by to visit this charming little community. GREAT APARTMENTS!!! I moved with my girlfriend an her kids. We got a 3 bedroom fully renovated and it’s great! The apartment is spacious, modern, and well laid out. The property is so nice, the pool is heated which allows you to swim year round, great gas grills, friendly neighbors, safe, and the ladies in the office are terrific. Very very pleased so far with my experience here and would definitely recommend to everybody!!!!!
Beautiful home for me! I love everything about San portella/
I first moved into a one bedroom here then had a smooth transfer to a two bedroom a year later. Everyone at the office is super helpful and the maintenance team is on point. Anytime friends come over they are very impressed with how nice it is here. I love this place.
