Inly only empty lots that are not 4 sale. There's mobile homes 4 sale & 4 rent. I liked location.
Recommendedthe best location by far.
By not having rules they enforce for some but not all. One example is privacy fencing. It is all over the park but only for those elitist that think they are above the rules. Another example is storage sheds higher than the roof of the mobile home which is supposed to be a no no. When you sell such properties in violation of rules you must disclose such. I for one am ready for legal action if messed with. Try me.
I've been here almost three yrs. And have had a nice time living here. The community is pleasant and easy to live in...
ITS EASY DO YOU STAY OUT THE WAY AND YOUR GOOD THERE WILL ALWAYS BE DEALERS CRACKHEADS AND GANGS THERE EVERYWHERE EVEN IN THE BEST PLACES IN TOWN INCLUDING CHURCH HILL ALAMO HEIGHTS DOMINION HELL THERE TAGGED UP THERE TOO
