Been going to them for over 15 years. Helped me alot with my issues through out the years. Very helpful and caring people there
Avoid at all costs. When I would meet with my psychologist I felt worse at the end of the session than I did when I first walked in. The group therapy was ok but the breathing exercises and "grounding" doesn't help my suicidal thoughts. They prefer to pill you up. The pills I received there landed me in the emergency room for lithium toxicity and I was in a car accident too from being under the influence from other medication.
