I can’t say enough good things about San Pedro Fit Works! The trainers really know their stuff and take the time to make sure everyone—no matter your age or fitness level—gets the most out of every workout. They’re super encouraging and keep things fun while still challenging you. I also love that the class times work great for people who are still working and for those who are retired—it’s easy to find a time that fits your day.
Close to home, clean, safe, well-rounded classes, and expert instruction. So far, so good!
The instruction and enthusiasm from the trainers is top notch!
