Hubo un incendio en el apartamento de a lado del muo no lo ham reparations por los doctors del AC se traspasaba el olor a humo razón por la que decidí mudarme deje el apartmento limpio y alfombras limpias en buen estado y aun asi la manejadora no me devolvio mi depósito.
La peor decisión que tomamos yo y mi esposo, decidimos tomar nuestro primer apartamento juntos y es un asco este lugar ! Los apartamentos son viejos por dentro, la administración no te ayuda con las cosas que necesitas en el apartamento ni te resuelven un problema! Los drenajes se salen por la parte de atrás y sale toda la popo y agua es un asco este lugar definitivamente no vengan aquí! After living here for two years I didn’t have any major issues with this place. The office staff was always understanding and helpful with any questions or concerns I had. I enjoyed living here considering it was my first apartment that I lived in alone, and it feels bittersweet saying bye to this place. Definitely a good place to be in if you want to be in a good, secluded area that is still close to the expressway and a street away from the major stores and shops in McAllen! :)
Kaylee who works at the office is really nice and helpful. Every time i’ve spoken with her, she gives me her honest opinion which is really helpful because I live alone and sometimes need help with advice. This place is really cheap, I have a 2 bedroom 1 bath at a very good rate. The pool is nice and the neighbors aren’t problematic. I like the vibes at night, with the lights on hanging over the fire pit. It’s a nice place, secluded from the traffic. Cuando entré hace 2 años era la más feliz! Pero eso duró poco tiempo, la administración cambió y las áreas verdes están olvidadas, las banquetas, escaleras y pasillos no las volvieron a limpiar, la alberca siempre está sucia, si algo se descompone lo quieren reparar con cosas usadas, y haciendo gastar lo menos posible, un día se descompuso la cadena del tanque de uno de los baños y lo arreglaron con un paper clip 🤦🏻♀️ nunca me quisieron limpiar los ductos del AC, la estufa y refrigerador son igual de viejos que los depart... read more
