Be careful parking anywhere on this property because they have kickback with Thunder Towing and they will tow your vehicle no matter where you park it. Tenants are not allowed to have visitors because you need a parking permit or you get towed.

Very disappointing experience. They try and make as much money off you as possible. They say they’ll keep the place maintained but fail to. The gate breaks down every other week, the pool is not cleaned on mondays as scheduled, and they blame their shortfalls on you. READ THE CONTRACT if you do rent after knowing all of this. There’s dumb fees that are not up to debate like ‘trash valet’ even if you don’t use it.
