Office staff is always helpful! Thank you Amanda and Sara! And shout out to the Maintenance for always keeping the pool clean!
Love this place! The staff is extremely friendly and makes you feel right at home. Work orders are completed promptly and fixed right the first time. Kaeli is fantastic at answering any questions you might have.
Manager is rude and condescending. We pay for trash valet and they never pick it up. They are unable to keep maintenance workers for the upkeep of the property. Manager blames city for not picking up trash from the bins. I have to call every 3 weeks to complain. Bathrooms that are poolside are always closed and residents are not allowed to use them. Dissatisfied with the service which is shameful because I like the area I am at.
Pésima administración, tuvimos problemas con el a/c , tardaron más de dos semanas en arreglarlo, su solución fue poner 2 aires portátiles que no daban abasto para un departamento de 3 recámaras. No nos quisieron hacer ningún descuento. La manager Kaeli siempre grosera, prepotente, cero atención y servicio al cliente.
