When I lived here the manager would write me up for things that were not mine. Accused me of child abuse and neglect (when I wold walk across the parking lot to do my laundry if my kid was napping, who was 3 years old at the time.) Then when I moved out charged me \$500 for cleaning that DIDNT need to be done. Crap they paid someone \$20 an hour for cleaning. They said that they had to repaint the bathroom in the hallways (3 bedroom) that was never used, same with the bedroom in the front (It was never used) said they had to... read more

Office hours and availability of computer and "guest-house-room are supposed to be 8 A.M. UNTIL 4 P.M. THEYRE NOT! The manager is often gone with no advance notice. In addition, supposedly due to lack of security, the computers, etc. are not available when managers leave during "office hours." (This is despite their being separate from the--locked--office and other--locked--eguipment.) "Heated" pool is no longer heated. Am wondering if out of state owners even know how much manager/s gone.
