Nice apartment complex with access straight out of the parking lot to fantastic trails in the South Mountain foothills.
I have had nothing but issues from the maintenance staff, The maintenance supervisor continues to be rude and disrespectful.He removed my hot water heater today and told me as long as I have water it’s no longer an emergency!My A/C has not been working for 2 days and the maintenance supervisor states he cannot go on the roof after hours yet and still while I still do not have a water heater he is up on the roof after hours.I have called the office numerous times and been t… See more
Great place, beautiful views, great staff, great location.
Moved here due to ratings and decent area in Late December 2014. One of the few places that does not honor military, no big deal, it happens. I got a good rate for an 11mo lease. They sent me a letter to renew and pay over $150 more in rent per month. Sheesh...really??!! In addition, I am trying to move out, in December of this year...since they have all of the power here they want to charge me over $250 dollars more in rent/month on a month to month....just because they can...seriously?!??! Best Place I Live At Since I Moved Here. Don't See Myself Moving Anytime Soon. Staff And Maintenance Are the Best.
