Great to work with. Very communicative, prompt, polite, and knowledgeable. True professionals. Nice to work with them.
DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! Regarding trusts - they are more worried about keeping the principal high and making money off of the principal than doing what is stated in the trust and in the best interest of their clients! They were given direction from a co-trustee of my trust even though it literally violated the law. I filed a complaint with the State of California!
This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a “Fiduciary Trust” company. They ignore your requests. They care, only, for their bottom line. They put my health in serious peril by ignoring urgent medical requests. Do not believe they can be trusted. For your, or a family member’s sake, do not work with them.
They have done nothing but try and reduce my family’s rights, They care only about increasing their commission, and will never tell you how the decisions they try and talk you into would negatively affect your family’s well being and best interests. Avoid this company at all costs.
