I lived at San Pasqual Apartments for 3 wonderful years and truly enjoyed my time there. The building is older, but the units are being nicely renovated, and the strong sense of community more than makes up for it. A huge thank you goes to the manager, Joshua Palomares. He was incredibly helpful, always responsive, and genuinely caring about the residents. Lived at San Pasqual for almost three years and enjoyed every minute of it. Josh was one of the best individuals you can ask for when it comes to making life easier living in an apartment complex. The area itself is in an amazing spot, near Caltech and the Lake Ave shops.
We have known Josh, the manager, for 10+ years. He does a wonderful job keeping everything running and is super attentive to even the smallest maintenance requests. Great place to live!
I’ve lived here for nearly two years, and I have zero complaints. The common areas are clean and well maintained. If you ever need anything the manager is quick to respond and addresses your issues ASAP. He’s friendly too! If a package is delivered to the mailroom he’ll shoot you a text, and sometimes brings it to your door. The building is also in an extremely convenient and walkable area.
I'm still relatively new to San Pasqual Apartments, but the experience so far has been top notch. Getting the lease done and getting my move-in arranged were both quick and easy. The manager, Josh, has been super great to work with throughout the entire process. Small issues that came up were dealt with quickly and professionally. Overall, it's a very friendly place to call home.
