We moved in last year, and so far our experience has been phenomenal. The location is excellent - one street off of many shops and restaurants (there are 3 excellent grocery stores within walking distance), but also near to Caltech, which is a pleasant area to walk the dog. My husband and I lived here for two years while he was at Caltech, and the location just can't be beat for access to the campus and shopping! But what really made our experience is the manager Josh. Josh is very personable and made sure our experience living at San Pasqual Apartments was amazing. He is very responsive to any questions or issues, which he resolves quickly, and he's also fun to talk to! Thanks so much for everything you do, Josh, and we miss you already. :)

I’ve been a resident of San Pasqual Apartments for the last three years. The apartment is very spacious with renovated interiors and community areas. Josh is a wonderful manager who immediately helps with anything and everything. Thanks to Josh, the building is very well run and is kept very clean. I would highly recommend living here.
