Lived here for about a year and a half and totally loved it. Great area with access to Cal Tech Campus, Lake Street and Old Town Pasadena. Josh was an exemplary building manager who always kept us up to date with happenings in the building and alerted us to any changes happening. Very attentive and a class act. Sad to leave the area/apartment but pleased to know that we'll be welcome back any time.
I lived at San Pasqual Apartments for 3 wonderful years and truly enjoyed my time there. The building is older, but the units are being nicely renovated, and the strong sense of community more than makes up for it. A huge thank you goes to the manager, Joshua Palomares. He was incredibly helpful, always responsive, and genuinely caring about the residents. Lived at San Pasqual for almost three years and enjoyed every minute of it. Josh was one of the best individuals you can ask for when it comes to making life easier living in an apartment complex. The area itself is in an amazing spot, near Caltech and the Lake Ave shops.
We have known Josh, the manager, for 10+ years. He does a wonderful job keeping everything running and is super attentive to even the smallest maintenance requests. Great place to live!
I’ve lived here for nearly two years, and I have zero complaints. The common areas are clean and well maintained. If you ever need anything the manager is quick to respond and addresses your issues ASAP. He’s friendly too! If a package is delivered to the mailroom he’ll shoot you a text, and sometimes brings it to your door. The building is also in an extremely convenient and walkable area.
