I’ve lived here for nearly two years, and I have zero complaints. The common areas are clean and well maintained. If you ever need anything the manager is quick to respond and addresses your issues ASAP. He’s friendly too! If a package is delivered to the mailroom he’ll shoot you a text, and sometimes brings it to your door. The building is also in an extremely convenient and walkable area.

I'm still relatively new to San Pasqual Apartments, but the experience so far has been top notch. Getting the lease done and getting my move-in arranged were both quick and easy. The manager, Josh, has been super great to work with throughout the entire process. Small issues that came up were dealt with quickly and professionally. Overall, it's a very friendly place to call home.

This was the first apartment I moved into and I couldn’t have had a better experience! I moved in just after there was a switch in managers and new renovations. I got a newly renovated 1-bedroom apartment that was very bright, clean, and had an amazing view of the mountains. The hallway I lived in was very quiet. The manager, Josh, was very helpful and easy to reach if I had any questions or concerns. San Pasqual Apartments is truly a wonderful place to call home. My two-bedroom unit has been beautifully upgraded, offers plenty of natural light (especially on the 3rd floor), and the location couldn’t be better. I have been living in the San Pasqual Apartments for nearly two years and have had a wonderful experience at every level. Under the able leadership of Josh Palomares, the staff has been always courteous, diligent, and ready to help with any request. The property is impeccable and always well maintained, from the common areas to the pool and landscaping.
